Eila Solutions is Hiring Position: Operation Theatre (OT) Benefits A leading healthcare organization is looking for an experienced Operation Theatre (OT) Manager to lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of its Operation Theatre Complex. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient OT management, maintain the highest standards of patient safety, infection prevention, anesthesia coordination, and surgical instrument management while driving operational excellence.
In this role, you will
·Manage and supervise all Operation Theatre operations to ensure safe and efficient surgical services.
·Coordinate with surgeons, anesthetists, nursing teams, and clinical departments for effective OT scheduling and resource utilization.
·Oversee the availability, sterilization, maintenance, and inventory of surgical instruments and OT equipment.
·Ensure compliance with Infection Prevention & Control (IPC) protocols and healthcare quality standards.
·Coordinate anesthesia equipment, supplies, and support with the anesthesia team.
·Develop and implement OT policies, SOPs, and quality improvement initiatives.
·Lead, mentor, and evaluate OT nursing and technical staff.
·Ensure compliance with patient safety protocols, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements.
·Monitor OT utilization, operational performance, and prepare management reports.
·Coordinate with Biomedical, CSSD, Procurement, and Maintenance departments to ensure uninterrupted OT operations.
Qualifications
·BS Nursing, Diploma in Operation Theatre Technology, or an equivalent healthcare qualification.
·Certification or specialized training in Operation Theatre Management, Infection Control, or Perioperative Nursing will be an added advantage.
Requirements
Education: BS Nursing, Diploma in Operation Theatre Technology, or an equivalent healthcare qualification. Certification or specialized training in Operation Theatre Management, Infection Control, or Perioperative Nursing will be an added advantage.
