Broadcrowd is built on trust. These rules exist so everyone — buyers, sellers, creators, landlords, and job seekers — can use the platform safely and confidently. Violating these rules may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban.
Videos (Scenes)
✓ Do
✓Post original videos you created yourself
✓Show real products, properties, services, or community moments
✓Add accurate hashtags so people can find your content
✓Keep content appropriate for a general audience
✗ Don't
✗Repost videos from TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or other platforms without explicit permission
✗Post videos containing music you do not own the rights to
✗Post violent, graphic, or sexually explicit content
✗Post videos that mislead, deceive, or impersonate others
Rentals & Properties
✓ Do
✓List properties you own or have authority to rent or sell
✓Provide accurate descriptions, photos, and pricing
✓Respond to genuine enquiries in a timely manner
✓Disclose material defects or conditions honestly
✗ Don't
✗List properties you do not own or have no right to rent or sell
✗Post false or misleading photos (e.g. photos of a different property)
✗Advertise discriminatory rental conditions
✗Spam multiple identical listings for the same property
Marketplace (Sell)
✓ Do
✓List items you own and have the right to sell
✓Provide accurate descriptions and real photos
✓State the condition honestly (new, used, damaged)
✓Honor agreed prices and respond to accepted offers
✗ Don't
✗List counterfeit, stolen, or illegal goods
✗Misrepresent the condition, age, or specifications of items
✗Post the same listing multiple times to game the feed
✗Refuse to complete a sale after accepting an offer without valid reason
Jobs
✓ Do
✓Post genuine job openings at real companies
✓Provide honest job requirements and compensation information
✓Respond to applicants with timely communication
✓Clearly state if a position is remote, hybrid, or in-person
✗ Don't
✗Post fake job listings to collect personal data
✗Advertise multi-level marketing (MLM) or pyramid schemes as jobs
✗Post jobs that require illegal activities
✗Charge candidates application or training fees
Seeker Posts
✓ Do
✓Clearly describe what you are looking for
✓Provide an accurate budget range
✓Include a valid contact number for property owners to reach you
✓Update or remove your post once you have found what you need
✗ Don't
✗Post fake seeker requests to gather contact information
✗Post the same request multiple times
✗Misrepresent your budget or requirements
✗Use seeker posts to advertise services or other listings
Profiles & Community
✓ Do
✓Use your real name or a consistent username
✓Engage respectfully with other users
✓Report content that violates these rules
✓Keep your profile information accurate and up to date
✗ Don't
✗Impersonate real people, public figures, or other users
✗Harass, threaten, or bully other users
✗Share another user's private information without consent
✗Create multiple accounts to circumvent bans or restrictions
Always Prohibited
The following are never permitted under any circumstances and will result in immediate permanent ban and referral to law enforcement where applicable:
- ✗Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content sexualising minors
- ✗Content that incites violence, terrorism, or hatred against any group
- ✗Content that facilitates human trafficking or exploitation
- ✗Posting another person's private information (doxxing)
- ✗Spam, phishing, or distributing malware
- ✗Coordinated inauthentic behaviour including fake reviews or view manipulation
- ✗Content that violates applicable local, national, or international law
Copyright & DMCA
Only post content you created or have explicit permission to share. This includes music, video clips, images, and text. We respond to copyright takedown requests within 24–48 hours. Repeat infringers will be permanently banned.

Enforcement
We use human review for all reported content. Enforcement actions depend on the severity and frequency of the violation:
1st violation
Content removed + warning
2nd violation
Account restricted (posting disabled)
3rd violation
Account restricted for 30 days
Severe violation
Permanent ban + legal referral
Account restrictions are applied by our admin team. Appeal a decision by emailing support@broadcrowd.me within 14 days.
