      Job Requirements

    • A bachelor's or diploma in civil engineering or a related discipline is required. 
    • At least five to eight years of experience in interior finishing. 
    • Excellent understanding of construction methods and finishing materials. 
    • Strong leadership and communication abilities. 
    • The capacity to oversee groups and adhere to deadlines.

      Roles and Responsibilities

    • Oversee and keep an eye on daily site operations for interior finishing projects (such as flooring, false ceilings, paint, woodwork, plumbing, and electrical fixtures).
    • Verify that the work is completed in accordance with the specifications, BOQ, and drawings.
    • Maintain workflow by coordinating with vendors, labor, and subcontractors.
    • Ensure that tasks are completed on schedule and uphold quality standards.
    • Update project management and create daily progress reports.
    • Assure site security and adherence to corporate guidelines.
    • Job location: Sabzazar, Lahore.
